SHIPPING POLICY
I ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Prints are wrapped and packaged in a box to prevent bending and damage while in transport.
Original paintings are packaged using professional packing materials and boxed for safe travel.
Shipping costs are calculated on weight and size of package as well as destination.
Prints and paintings can also be picked up at the Butterfield Garage Gallery in St Augustine.
I can also deliver original paintings in and around the Jacksonville area. You are welcome to to arrange your own shipping if you have a company that you prefer. I am happy to pack the painting, ready for your company to pick up.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I hope that you love your new artwork, however, in the event that an original painting or print is not right for your home, I offer a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs. The painting or print must be returned within 7 business days and be received by me in the same condition it was in when it was mailed out.
Original paintings must be insured during shipping for the purchase price on their return.
