Painting Care
Original paintings are created with heavy body, professional, quality oil and acrylic paints on canvas. They are sealed using a professional grade varnish to protect them for many years. Maintenance is easy and the paintings will only require a light dusting with a soft cloth from time to time. As with any artwork it is best to avoid hanging in direct sunlight as sunlight can fade colors over time.
Prints are created by a professional high quality printer on heavy, cold press, watercolor paper. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight so that you can enjoy the colors for years to come.
I hope that you love your artwork and that as your life moves around, your painting goes with you! However, no matter how careful we are, its sometimes impossible to prevent accidents happening, however, some damage to a painting is repairable. I have repaired a small hole in a painting and a deep scratch in the past. Please contact me if this happens!
